Toby leverages a broad background across various asset classes employing a relative value lens to rotate to timely and differentiated strategies.
Toby joined the firm from Pinelands Capital Management (now a division of Millennium Management), where he had been the lead Portfolio Manager in investment-grade corporate and mortgage credit since 2017. Other experience includes leading the real estate sub-strategy, managing capital in commercial mortgage conduits,
mezzanine loans, and related derivatives at Saba Capital Management; the mortgage exotics trading desk at JP Morgan; and mortgage credit trading at Bear Stearns.
Toby holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in English and French Law from King’s College London and the Universite Paris I (Pantheon Sorbonne).
